SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
From the time of order placed, it takes about 5-7 working days for domestic orders and 10-12 working days for international orders to reach you. Incase, you need an urgent delivery please contact us at [email protected]
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at [email protected] and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you can track the order from My Order section. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse and tracking details are shared with you over email.
REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES
As an organisation, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at [email protected] within 24 hours of ordering and we will be happy to assist you.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled product?
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/credit/debit card where the payment was made from.
Should I know anything else about the Online Exchange Policy?
We exchange your item(s) only if the size is incorrect or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. To complete your exchange, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for the exchange, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at [email protected]
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We do not offer returns but we welcome you to exchange your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Exchange Policy. We do not exchange customised items.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns and Exchange
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
– An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
– An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
– Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
